The Corona virus is spreading worldwide and presents us all with major challenges. The wellbeing and health of our employees, customers and partners is our prime concern.
We at Hilscher are currently doing everything we can to protect our employees, customers and partners. We have taken a variety of measures to avoid the further spreading of the virus and to maintain our business operations. In February, we set up a crisis management team that steadily monitors and analyzes the situation in order to take appropriate measures in response to the current risk situation.
Therefore, we have taken comprehensive preventive measures for our locations in Hattersheim, Berlin and Varna. These include stricter hygiene measures as well as travel restrictions and bans. We also expanded our digital meeting capacity and home office operations. In production, we have switched to two strictly separated production shifts.
We are therefore able to maintain our productions and business operations. Our international supply chains are stable, but we may see slight delays in delivery in individual cases as a result of the measures taken. Our employees can still be reached via the usual communication channels. We will inform you as soon as possible in case of any upcoming impact by the Corona pandemic on our delivery performance.
