netX chip carrier

netRAPID is the fast and secure alternative to the in-house development of a slave interface based on a communication controller. As a netX chip carrier in stamp format, it is soldered onto the motherboard like a standard QFP component, either by hand or in an SMD production process. netRAPID allows you to achieve adequate unit costs with low risk and a faster time-to-market.

To meet the different requirements of intelligent field devices, netRAPID is available in two different versions for Real-Time Ethernet. In one, it is optimized as a companion solution with minimum space requirements, including Ethernet transmitters and SQI flash. The focus here is on pure real-time communication. The other variant is configured for maximum functional possibilities. As a stand-alone solution, the application side is open to the user. In addition to real-time communication, both variants include an integrated web server, an MQTT client, and an OPC UA server for implementing your own IT solutions with the host processor of a device.
