We offer an apprenticeship in which you will spend time in all commercial departments:
- Financial accounting and Controlling
- Order processing
- Environmental and quality management
- Human Resources
To give you the opportunity to get to know all departments within the company, you will also work in the following for a few weeks:
- Product management
- SMD production
At Hilscher, you will therefore spend your apprenticeship in virtually all departments within the company – variety is guaranteed.
You will be involved in the day-to-day business right from the start and play an active role. Our colleagues will pass on all their expert knowledge to you in step with actual practice and are always on hand to help with any questions. Moreover, you will learn to work as part of a team and to take responsibility.
You will have the benefit of our flexitime working model with set core hours. You don’t need to worry about the costs of your textbooks and travelling to classes, as we will meet the costs of those for you. In addition, you will be prepared for your interim and final examination with an internal preparatory ex-amination.
Your apprenticeship will take 2½ years, although if you perform well in vocational school and in the company, you could reduce the training period to 2 years. During the apprenticeship, we will note which departments or task areas you are most suitable for, so that at the end of the apprenticeship we will discuss in which department you can start your career, together with you.
You will attend vocational school alongside your apprenticeship that will prepare you for your interim and final examination. We have been working success-fully with the Konrad-Adenauer school in Kriftel for a number of years. Our apprentices attend vocational school in full-time blocks.
We are looking for outgoing, bright individuals with a thirst for knowledge, who see their future in a commercial field. Our junior employees should count initiative, the ability to work well as part of a team, reliability and attention to detail among their personal qualities. You should enjoy new challenges and meet them with motivation, be happy to have a laugh and tackle work with enthusiasm.
To be accepted for the apprenticeship, we expect you to have successfully completed a vocational qualification for university entrance with good grades in maths, German and English.
Then take the first step towards a promising future and email your application to our contact in the HR department. For us, an informative application will include a covering letter, your CV and the latest educational certificates and job experience or possibly even work references.
We look forward to receiving your application.
