For our German sales team, we’re looking for an Account Manager segment for the sales division in Northern Germany, ideally someone who is already based in the Bielefeld/Hanover area.

You’re a Hunter

You’re good at recognizing new opportunities with existing customers and have a sixth sense when it comes to harvesting new customer potential. You know how to take advantage of these opportunities and unlock their potential.

You’ll be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from the offer to the follow-up and closing out the contract. You’ll be working closely with colleagues from other departments. You’ll be in charge of reliably carrying out the planning, organizing and attending of customer appointments and visits, including the documenting of all information in the CRM system.

You’re a communicator

You’ll attend regional trade fairs and events, and you’ll also present our solutions and services to the customer in a confident and convincing manner.

Professional qualifications

Either you have a degree in business or a STEM field, or an IT-related vocational training qualification, e.g., in information technology or IT networks. A completed apprenticeship in business administration or a technical field would also qualify you for the position. In the latter case, it would be important to also have additional experience in consultation and customer support, along with a keen interest for ICT in the industrial sector.

You’re available to travel. You have excellent organization and communication skills, enabling you to conduct yourself professionally in every business setting, striking the right balance between empathy and assertiveness.

Mindset

You have a strong personality suitable for a sales representative with technical understanding, the ability to work well under pressure, you think well on your feet and display a high degree of self-motivation. You’re able to get things done. You work well independently, systematically and you hold yourself to a high quality standard. You happily embrace new technologies. You’re eager to learn and ambitious to grow professionally.
