    You’re open to high-tech

    We work in the high-tech sector. You’ll create and post social media content for one of the most disruptive industries of our time. Industrial communication is everywhere. From small development and engineering offices to global corporations, Hilscher's technology keeps production facilities in motion worldwide, allowing countless machines to communicate with each other.

    You’re familiar with social media and content visualization

    Your work will be focused on creating social media feeds for our company channels. You’ll be involved in all steps from building to implementing our social media goals. You’ll plan and create video and photo content for our website and channels like LinkedIn, YouTube or Facebook together with our agencies. Your job will range from corporate identity, personnel and product photos to product videos, interviews and webinars.

    You’ll be working in a future-oriented global company. Working closely with specialists from a diversity of different technical fields and across all departments defines our daily business. Creating and implementing marketing strategies, coordinating PR campaigns and events, etc., are always done in close cooperation with your colleagues.

    In 2022, we relaunched our brand identity and corporate design. We’re proud of the result, but still far from reaching our goal: there’s still a lot to be done to make our new identity more tangible, both internally and externally. We create new content for our web presence and our social media channels, and we produce new video and photo content. Our team looks after numerous day events and trade fairs.

    This year, there are still numerous product rollouts and innovations to come, which our customers are already eagerly anticipating. As a grand finale, we’re already looking forward to the SPS trade fair in November, which will be a real highlight for the entire company. We look forward to meeting you!

    Formal qualifications

    You have formal training/a degree in marketing or a comparable qualification. Ideally, you already have multiple years of relevant professional experience in this area.

    Language skills

    You are proficient both in German and English.

    Soft skills

    You have a good technical understanding and are able to think analytically and with multiple disciplines in mind. You have a willingness to learn and can work independently.

    Computer skills

    We use marketing tools in the Windows OS environment. You have experience with Microsoft Office and the Adobe Creative Cloud applications and know how to use them confidently. Besides that, you already know how to use social media platforms and backends. You’ll get to know Hilscher-specific tools such as the project management tools and internal databases in your daily work.
