Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

You would like to return products, used electrical appliances or batteries to us? No problem! The best way to do this is to use our returns procedure, which will allow us to process your orders even faster and more reliably. In addition, this ensures proper disposal in accordance with current standards, such as the European guideline on "Waste of Electrical and Electronic Equipment" (WEEE).

Fill out all the information below carefully and send us your RMA ticket. We will then send you your RMA number and instructions on how to ship your product. As soon as we receive your product, we will take care of your request as soon as possible.

1. Declaration of consent:
I agree that Hilscher Gesellschaft für Systemautomation mbH may save and use my name, e-mail, telephone number and address for the purpose of processing the complaint (examination, repair or exchange) or contacting me by e-mail, telephone or in written form. I declare this declaration of consent voluntarily and without any pressure. I was informed about it, that the refusal of consent has no disadvantages for me.

2. Right of revocation:
You can amend or revoke this declaration of consent at any time and without giving reasons to Hilscher Gesellschaft für Systemautomation mbH, Rheinstraße 15 65795 Hattersheim or by e-mail to privacy@hilscher.com or by fax: +49 (0) 6190 9907-50. There are no other costs than the transmission costs according to the basic tariffs. In accordance with Article 15 of the DSGVO, you are entitled at any time to request Hilscher to provide you with comprehensive information on the personal data stored about you. In accordance with Article 17 DSGVO, you may at any time request Hilscher to correct, delete or block individual personal data.
