Das Modul für alle Kommunikationsaufgaben

Das comX Kommunikationsmodul wurde zur Integration in Automatisierungsgeräte entwickelt, um z. B. Antriebe, Roboter- oder speicherprogrammierbare Steuerungen mit einer Netzwerkschnittstelle zu versehen. Kommunikationsaufgaben werden alle autark im Modul ausgeführt - unabhängig vom Prozessor des Zielgeräts.

Der Prozessdatenaustausch erfolgt über ein Dual-Port-Memory per Zugriff mit einem 8-/16-Bit Datenbus oder einer schnellen 50 MHz SPI-Schnittstelle.

comX unterstützt alle führenden Real-Time-Ethernet-Protokolle als Master oder Slave und erfüllt alle netzwerkspezifischen Anforderungen in exakt einem Modul. Zur Unterstützung einer Linien-Topologie ist das Modul mit zwei Ethernet-Ports ausgerüstet. Durch Laden der entsprechenden Firmware und einer Software-Lizenz für Master kann das Protokoll schnell und zuverlässig gewechselt werden.

Durch den Hilscher Netzwerk-Controller netX ist eine 10-jährige Liefergarantie gewährleistet.
