Making sure everything runs smoothly.

You always know what is needed, how much and when. You’ll be in constant communication with all departments to keep on top of things. You’ll place orders in the ERP system and forward them to our suppliers. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that all materials are delivered as ordered and on time. You’ll be in charge of making sure that everything runs smoothly, from production processes to administration.

Reliability and precision.

You’ll reliably and conscientiously monitor and ensure the proper stock levels and maintain the master data in the ERP system. Everyone can rely on you.

A good communicator.

You know how to get the right message across in every situation, whether communicating to colleagues within the company, or to suppliers. You’ll be cultivating and maintaining professional partnerships every day.  

A team player.

Your job will be to support your colleagues in every aspect of strategic purchasing, from processing tenders to the strategic development of product groups and supplier management. You see yourself as part of a team.

Formal qualifications

You have formal training in business administration, and ideally you already have some experience in procurement. Alternatively, a degree in business administration will also qualify you for the position.

Mindset

You have good analytical skills, you work independently, conscientiously, and reliably, and you’re solutions-oriented. You have a keen interest in industrial communication and in our products. You like to work in a team and enjoy working with other people.

Computer skills

You’re familiar with MS Office applications and already have experience working with an ERP system.

Language skills

You are able to communicate confidently and effectively in German, both in writing and orally. You also have a good command of basic English.
