New Apprentices Start at Hilscher

Hattersheim am Main, 3 August 2026 – At the beginning of the new training year, six apprentices started their professional careers at Hilscher Gesellschaft für Systemautomation mbH. In addition, two year-long interns have joined the company. They will gain their first practical experience in commercial operations and production.

The new apprentices will be receiving training in the following trades: industrial clerk, warehouse logistics specialists, IT specialists for application development, and electronics technicians for devices and systems.

During their training, they will become familiar with a wide range of departments. Experienced trainers and the entire Hilscher team will actively support them throughout their programs.

An Overview of the Apprenticeship Programs

Industrial Clerk

Industrial clerks learn about the commercial processes of an international technology company at Hilscher. They rotate through different departments, from purchasing, sales, and marketing to human resources and finance. They also take responsibility for their own tasks and projects at an early stage.

Warehouse Logistics Specialist

The warehouse logistics specialist program covers all key processes along the flow of materials and goods. Apprentices receive incoming goods and organize their storage. They also provide materials for production and ensure that products are shipped on time.

IT Specialist for Application Development

IT specialists for application development develop and program software solutions for different applications within the company. They test applications, resolve errors, and work closely with other departments. Together, they implement digital solutions for processes and products.

Electronics Technician for Devices and Systems

Electronics technicians for devices and systems manufacture, assemble, and test electronic components and devices. They learn how to build circuits, use measurement and testing equipment, and systematically analyze and resolve errors. In doing so, they support electronic products from production through commissioning.

By training our own skilled professionals, Hilscher is investing specifically in the future and giving young people a practical start to their careers. Our internship positions also give students and young people preparing to enter the workforce valuable insights into the internal processes of an industrial company and its production operations. We wish all our new apprentices and interns every success and enjoyment as they begin their careers at Hilscher.
