Marketing Communication (≈50%)

  • Execute global marketing strategies locally and translate them into impactful regional marketing plans
  • Localize global content (campaigns, social media, web, print) for the Korean market in close collaboration with global teams
  • Plan and execute events such as seminars, trade shows, webinars, and customer workshops
  • Manage multi-channel communication across digital, social, PR, and offline channels
  • Drive local marketing campaigns focused on lead generation and brand awareness
  • Support marketing budget planning and track performance of activities
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitors to continuously improve marketing effectiveness

 

Inside Sales (≈50%)

  • Act as a key interface between Marketing, Outside Sales, and the Korean market
  • Support the sales team in identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads generated through marketing activities
  • Manage and maintain customer and lead data in CRM and ERP systems
  • Ensure smooth lead handover and follow-up processes between marketing and sales
  • Proactively engage with customers and partners (email, phone, digital channels) to support sales activities
  • Contribute to sales growth by aligning campaigns with real market needs and customer feedback and working hand in hand with the sales team
  • Support the expansion of Hilscher’s business in Korea as part of the global growth strategy
  • ~3–5 years of experience in Marketing, Inside Sales, or a hybrid commercial role (B2B preferred)
  • Experience working with CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Business Central, SAP, or similar)
  • Strong understanding of how marketing activities translate into sales success
  • Hands-on mindset with the ability to operate independently in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills across teams and cultures
  • Experience in industrial automation, industrial communication, or technology-driven industries is a plus
  • Fluency in Korean (business level) and strong English skills required
  • No disqualifying factors for overseas travel
