Head of Human Resources (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Head of Human Resources (m/f/d) at our Hattersheim am Main location. The position includes the development and management of a modern HR organisation, advising management and executives on HR and employment law issues and responsibility for the entire employee life cycle - from recruiting and onboarding to personnel development and offboarding. The focus is also on the further development of strategic HR fields of action such as employer branding and digitalisation as well as ensuring all operational HR processes, including payroll accounting and remuneration models.

We are looking for an experienced manager with several years of professional experience in the HR department of an international company, ideally with a university degree. Sound knowledge of HR management and labour law, a solution-oriented approach, strong decision-making skills and intercultural competence are essential. In addition, a sound knowledge of MS Office and experience with HR software such as Personio are required. Fluent German and a good command of English round off the profile.
