    Our Finance team ensures that numbers are turned into well-founded decisions—forming a key foundation for our sustainable growth. 

    We are looking for an experienced finance leader who will play a key role in further developing our finance function, with a strong focus on future-oriented controlling, reporting, and accounting processes. In this position, you will report directly to the management board and take full responsibility for the company’s finance function.

    Your Hilscher
    • Ensuring and overseeing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (HGB)
    • Building and further developing modern controlling structures and transparent reporting
    • Managing budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analyses
    • Developing meaningful KPIs to steer business performance
    • Analyzing financial performance and deriving strategic recommendations
    • Responsibility for liquidity planning and cash management
    • Further developing and digitalizing financial processes and systems
    • Leading and developing the finance team
    • Collaborating closely with management, banks, tax advisors, and auditors
    • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a comparable field
    • Several years of experience in finance/controlling, ideally in a mid-sized company
    • Strong knowledge of financial statements according to HGB
    • Experience in building or developing controlling structures
    • Leadership experience or strong leadership capabilities
    • Strong analytical skills, a pragmatic approach, and a hands-on mentality
    • Excellent knowledge of ERP systems (ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central) and reporting tools
