Hattersheim, 16. Dec. 2025 – The Hilscher Gesellschaft für Systemautomation mbH has announced the handover of responsibility as Chief Sales Officer (CSO) from Marcel Seeber to Christian J. Tepper. The transition was prepared well in advance, allowing the handover to be completed as planned on Dec. 1, 2025.

Hattersheim, 16. Dec. 2025 – The Hilscher Gesellschaft für Systemautomation mbH has announced the handover of responsibility as Chief Sales Officer (CSO) from Marcel Seeber to Christian J. Tepper. The transition was prepared well in advance, allowing the handover to be completed as planned on Dec. 1, 2025.

Since joining the company one and a half years ago as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), Christian J. Tepper has made a strong impact by strategically developing Hilscher’s marketing and product management departments. Together with Interim CSO Marcel Seeber, he has built a modern go-to-market organization and significantly advanced Hilscher’s global marketing efforts. This close collaboration forms the foundation for aligning Hilscher’s sales strategy even more closely with product management and marketing in the future. With Christian J. Tepper, the roles of Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Sales Officer at Hilscher will be combined in one person from December 2025.

Marcel Seeber will remain with the company until the end of 2025 to ensure a structured transition and to oversee the transfer of responsibilities. Hilscher extends its sincere thanks to Marcel Seeber for his achievements in recent years. As interim manager, he has been instrumental in restructuring production, logistics, and sales. His clarity, focus, and leadership have left a lasting mark on the company.
Hilscher is confident that Christian J. Tepper is the right leader to continue and expand the successful development of the industrial communication specialist in the years to come.
