We are currently looking to strengthen our Logistics Team in Hattersheim am Main with a:

Warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d)

Learn more about us

  • Pick and process customer and shipping orders.
  • Coordinate order changes, discrepancies, and stock shortages with the relevant departments.
  • Prepare products for shipment, including device configuration, firmware installation and configuration, label printing and application, as well as recording and verifying serial numbers.
  • Package products in accordance with shipping requirements and packaging guidelines.
  • Execute all required inventory and transaction postings in the ERP system.
  • Prepare shipping documents, including delivery notes, invoices, and export documents (MRN).
  • Receive, store, and retrieve goods while accurately recording all warehouse movements in the ERP system.
  • Inspect incoming deliveries for completeness and any signs of damage.
  • Perform incoming goods inspections in accordance with defined procedures and inspection instructions.
  • Ensure the smooth internal flow of materials by supplying products and packaging materials and coordinating the replenishment of shipping supplies when required.
  • Completed vocational training in warehouse logistics or a comparable qualification.
  • Experience processing packing lists and inventory transactions in an ERP system.
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations, including goods receipt, storage, order picking, and goods dispatch.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and, ideally, experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or a comparable ERP system.
  • A structured, organized, and self-reliant approach to work.
  • A solid understanding of logistics processes and warehouse operations.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
  •  Work on technologically challenging projects in an innovation-driven environment.
