Learn more about us

  • Analysis, evaluation, and translation of business requirements from Finance, Controlling, Production, and other business units into technical BI and reporting solutions
  • Design, implementation, and continuous development of scalable data models and reporting architectures based on the Microsoft data platform, particularly:
    • Microsoft Fabric
    • Power BI
    • MS SQL Server
    • Power Automate
    • other relevant Microsoft technologies
       
  • Development of high-performance data models with a focus on:
    • data quality
    • performance
    • scalability
    • maintainability
    • capacity management
  • Independent creation, optimization, and standardization of dashboards, reports, and management analyses for various business units and management levels
  • Development and optimization of complex SQL queries, data extractions, as well as data integration and transformation processes
  • Ensuring consistent definition, calculation, and documentation of KPIs, metrics, and data structures
  • Consulting and close collaboration with business departments to identify relevant performance indicators and reporting requirements
  • Planning, managing, and independently executing BI, reporting, and data analytics projects
  • Automation of reporting and business processes using Power Automate and other workflow technologies
  • Introduction and continuous enhancement of reporting standards, governance structures, and best practices in the BI environment
  • Monitoring and continuous improvement of data quality and the performance of existing data models and reports
  • Creation and maintenance of technical and business documentation for data models, reports, processes, and KPI definitions
  • Supporting the strategic development of the company-wide data and BI landscape
  • Completed degree in one of the following fields:
    • Business Informatics
    • Computer Science
    • Data Analytics
    • Business Administration with a focus on IT
    • or a comparable qualification
       
  • Several years of practical experience in the field of Business Intelligence, data analysis, or data analytics
     
  • Strong expertise in the Microsoft data and BI platform, particularly in:
    • Microsoft Fabric
    • Power BI
    • Power Automate
    • MS SQL Server
    • SQL
    • other relevant Microsoft technologies for data integration and data modeling
  • Solid experience in:
    • data modeling
    • ETL/ELT processes
    • performance optimization
    • capacity management
    • building scalable BI solutions
       
  • Very good understanding of relational databases and data architectures
  • Experience in developing professional dashboards and management reports with a strong user focus and high-quality data visualization
  • Solid understanding of business processes and KPIs, particularly in:
    • Finance
    • Controlling
    • Production
       
  • Experience in independently managing and executing analytics and reporting projects
  • Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and reporting standards
  • Structured and audit-compliant documentation of technical and business-related content
