    Industrial clerks can be found in all commercial and business departments of an industrial company. They work in a variety of departments of the company. From materials management to HR, finance and accounting right through to marketing and sales, all doors will be open to you. Effective immediately, we're looking for an apprentice as industrial clerk!

    • Involvement in various commercial departments such as Purchasing, Sales, Financial Accounting, and Human Resources
    • Obtaining and comparing quotations as well as communicating with suppliers
    • Processing customer orders and supporting internal sales operations
    • Preparation of quotations, delivery notes, and invoices
    • Monitoring incoming payments and assisting with accounts receivable and dunning processes
    • Supporting cost and performance accounting
    • Participation in the planning and control of production processes
    • Insight into marketing and project management activities
    • Working with ERP systems and MS Office
    • Good intermediate school leaving certificate, advanced technical college entrance qualification (Fachabitur), or general higher education entrance qualification (Abitur)
    • Interest in economic relationships and commercial processes
    • Good knowledge of German and mathematics
    • Confident use of PCs (e.g. MS Office)
    • Careful and structured working style
    • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
    • Willingness to learn and sense of responsibility
    • Motivation to develop both professionally and personally
    • Comprehensive, practice-oriented training with personal mentoring
