Declaration of consent (Training)

Consent to the processing of personal data in connection with the use of training courses in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR

In connection with my use of the training courses offered by Hilscher Gesellschaft für Systemautomation mbH—for example, through participation in workshops, online seminars, or the processing of digital learning content—I hereby consent to the processing of my personal data in accordance with the following provisions.

1. When participating in workshops

  • Registration & participant list: Name, e-mail address, employer, position, telephone number for organizing the event (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR).
     
  • Participant list on site Name, signature, attendance for documentation of legitimate interests (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).
     
  • Photo & video recordings: Image and sound recordings for documentation and public relations purposes (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). I have been informed in advance and may object to the recording.
     
  • Catering/special dietary requirements: Information on allergies, eating habits, and health data for individual care (Art. 9 (2) (a) GDPR).
     
  • Data transmission to third parties: Disclosure of name and contact details to hotels, technical service providers, etc. for the purpose of holding the event (Art. 6 (1) (b)/(f) GDPR).
     
  • Shipment of materials: Name and e-mail address for sending event documents (Art. 6 (1) (b)/(f) GDPR).
     
  • Follow-up/evaluation: Feedback and evaluations for quality assurance (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).
     
  • Follow-up advertising: Name and e-mail address for information about future courses (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR or Art. 7 (3) UWG [Act against Unfair Competition]).
     
  • Access control/security: Name, ID number for access control (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

2. When participating in an online seminar

  • Registration: Name, e-mail address, company for organizational purposes (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR).
     
  • Use of video conferencing: IP address, audio and video data for implementation (Art. 6 (1) (f/b) GDPR).
     
  • Recording: Video, audio, and chat data for documentation purposes (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR).
     
  • Interactive content: Chat posts and questions for interaction (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).
     
  • Follow-up/feedback: Surveys and evaluations for quality assurance (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).
     
  • Advertising/follow-up contact: E-mail address for information about further courses and offers (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR or Art. 7 (3) UWG [Act against Unfair Competition]).

3. When using digital learning content

  • Account creation/management: Name, e-mail address, user name, role for using the learning platform (Art. 6 (1) (b)/(f) GDPR).
     
  • Assignment to courses: Course membership, department for the provision of content, if applicable (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR).
     
  • Access logging: Login data, IP address, times for IT security (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).
     
  • Usage logs: Course activities for traceability (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

Declaration of consent to data processing

  • System notifications: Name, e-mail address for technical information (Art. 6 (1) (b)/(f) GDPR).
     
  • Data backup: User account, course data for recovery (Art. 6 (1) (c/f) GDPR).

Withdrawal of consent
This consent can be revoked at any time with future effect. The revocation does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out up to that point.


The revocation must be addressed to (Controller).
