The Hilscher presence in Korea has been established in 2009 and it is the latest subsidiary in Asia. After its establishment, the Hilscher team in Korea pioneered the PC card market in this region and provides high-level technical support for user applications. This resulted, among other things, in the largest share of DeviceNet PC cards in the market for Hilscher Korea. This was mainly driven by the numerous local equipment manufacturers using cutting-edge technology for Koreas strong industry, including semiconductor manufacturing, LCD production, mobile devices, shipbuilding and automotive.
Hilscher Korea offers fast and diverse support services along with development support for embedded modules and Hilscher’s netX communication controllers. With an encompassing expertise for industrial automation, Hilscher Korea has cemented its position as the first point of contact in Korea for everything related to industrial communication.
