We are currently looking for an SMT/SMD Production Operator (m/f/d) to join our production team at our Hattersheim am Main site

Learn more about us

  • Preparation of SMT/SMD production orders, including picking of components for assembly jobs
  • Setup, configuration, and operation of SMT equipment in accordance with specifications and work instructions (e.g., solder paste printers, pick-and-place machines, reflow/selective soldering systems, depaneling machines)
  • Visual inspection of assembled printed circuit boards (PCBs) and assemblies according to inspection plans
  • Execution of quality control measures in accordance with inspection and test plans
  • Assembly of electronic modules and devices
  • Performing maintenance and servicing work on machines and equipment according to manufacturer specifications
  • Proper and quality-compliant storage and retrieval of SMD/THT components (ESD protection, moisture protection, prevention of corrosion and contamination)
  • Handling of electronic components and assemblies during transport, storage, and picking
  • Soldering and assembly of electronic and electromechanical assemblies
  • Testing and inspection of electronic components and assemblies
  • MS Office, ERP systems (ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central)
  • Independent and self-reliant working style
  • Understanding of work processes in electronic assembly and device manufacturing
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate professionally with colleagues and supervisors
