netFIELD Device technology platform connects IO-Link sensors – wired or wireless – with demanding Real-Time Ethernet networks. For confi guration and diagnostics an integrated OPC UA server with IO-Link companion profi le is used. It combines established netX 90 technology with Hilscher’s new netIOL chip – an intelligent IO-Link transceiver with additional diagnostics to detect plant errors.
