For our German sales team, we’re looking for a Regional Market Manager EMEA (m/f/d).

Strategy implementation: 
In co-operation with the local sales companies, distributors, direct customers and/or partners, ensure the implementation of the strategy through appropriate measures

Support order intake and sales targets: 
Together with the local sales companies, distributors, direct customers and/or partners, support annual and quarterly sales targets and monitor their achievement

Relationship management: 
Build and maintain strong relationships with sales companies, direct customers and/or partners of sales companies as well as key customers in the region

Market analysis:
 Conduct market and competitive analyses, identify business opportunities and make strategic recommendations

Product Management: 
Work closely with product management and local teams to ensure product offerings meet the needs of the European market

Reporting: 
Consolidate and prepare sales figures, market analyses and strategic initiatives from the various sales companies and report regularly to Head of RMM EMEA

Brand ambassador: 
Representing the company at regional and international trade fairs, conferences and other events

Accompanying, initiating, conducting and finalising sales negotiations

Organising/monitoring/managing own tasks/appointments in cooperation with other specialist departments

The Hilscher Sales Team Germany

Professional qualifications
  • Successfully completed studies in marketing, sales or engineering, ideally supplemented by further training in business administration
  • 5 years of professional experience in international sales management, preferably in Europe, with proven ability to work in matrix organisations in the manufacturing / electronics industry
  • MS-Office, ERP (ideally MS D365 BC), CRM (ideally Safesforce), working with database systems
  • Business fluent in German/English; knowledge of one or more European languages is an advantage
