Your Responsibilities

  • Support in the catering area (including guest hospitality, preparation of meeting rooms, maintenance and care of coffee machines, and preparation of the Hofmann menu in the canteen)

  • Support at the reception desk (switchboard operation, welcoming and assisting visitors)

  • Organization and coordination of events

  • Booking of business trips as a substitute

What We Offer

  • A motivated team and varied responsibilities

  • Working hours are from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. However, it may occasionally be necessary to work flexibly to ensure the smooth execution of our tasks.
