Advising customers on the selection of suitable netX chips / assemblies for their specific applications and projects.
Supporting with the conception and design-in, which integrates the selected chips and assemblies.
Training:
Conducting training courses and workshops for customers to familiarise them with the features and handling of the products.
Troubleshooting and Technical Support:
Quickly and efficiently resolve technical issues that arise during the design-in process.
Provide ongoing technical support and guidance throughout the product lifecycle.
Feedback and Continuous Improvement:
Collecting and analyzing customer feedback on products.
Communicate relevant findings to the product management and development team for continuous product improvement.
Market and Technology Trends:
Monitor current market trends and technology developments to ensure that the solutions offered remain current and competitive.
Make product development recommendations based on market analysis and customer feedback. Make strategic recommendations.
Product Management:
Work closely with product management and local teams to ensure product offerings meet the needs of the European market
Reporting:
Consolidate and prepare sales figures, market analysis and strategic initiatives from the various sales companies and report regularly to Head of RMM EMEA
Brand Ambassador:
Representing the company at regional and international trade fairs, conferences and other events
Accompanying, initiating, conducting and concluding sales negotiations
Organization/monitoring/management of own tasks/appointments in cooperation with other specialist departments
