Data & Reporting

• You develop and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports and ensure high data quality (semantic models, data sources, validation)
• You support and further develop the company cockpit (MIS) and ensure transparent, target group-oriented management reporting

Analysis & Decision Support

• You analyze cost centers, projects, and KPIs and derive well-founded recommendations for action
• You create and optimize product costing and provide transparency on cost structures and profitability
• You prepare decision-relevant key figures tailored to the target audience

Processes & Controlling Structures

• You actively contribute to the setup and further development of production controlling
• You ensure the integration and quality of financial accounting data within controlling and use it for meaningful analyses
• You support and help shape budgeting and forecasting processes

Documentation & Continuous Improvement

• You independently create and maintain controlling documentation and contribute to the standardization of processes.

Experience & Background

• Several years of professional experience in controlling, ideally in a manufacturing company with mid-sized structures

Analytical Skills & Mindset

• Strong numerical aptitude and high analytical competence

Technical Skills

• Experience working with BI tools, ideally Power BI
