Our Finance team ensures that numbers are turned into well-founded decisions—forming a key foundation for our sustainable growth.

We are looking for an experienced finance leader who will play a key role in further developing our finance function, with a strong focus on future-oriented controlling, reporting, and accounting processes. In this position, you will report directly to the management board and take full responsibility for the company’s finance function.

Ensuring and overseeing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (HGB)
Building and further developing modern controlling structures and transparent reporting
Managing budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analyses
Developing meaningful KPIs to steer business performance
Analyzing financial performance and deriving strategic recommendations
Responsibility for liquidity planning and cash management
Further developing and digitalizing financial processes and systems
Leading and developing the finance team
Collaborating closely with management, banks, tax advisors, and auditors

Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a comparable field
Several years of experience in finance/controlling, ideally in a mid-sized company
Strong knowledge of financial statements according to HGB
Experience in building or developing controlling structures
Leadership experience or strong leadership capabilities
Strong analytical skills, a pragmatic approach, and a hands-on mentality
Excellent knowledge of ERP systems (ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central) and reporting tools
