Our development team is growing and needs your support. As a Hardware Developer (m/f/d), you will play a key role in the innovative expansion of our diverse product portfolio, guiding projects from the initial prototype through to series production.

  • Design Highly Complex PCBs:
    You will be involved in the development of sophisticated electronic assemblies and take responsibility for complex PCB layouts. In doing so, you will combine high-speed interfaces such as HyperRAM, Gigabit Ethernet, and PCIe with requirements related to EMC, environmental conditions, mechanical design, and power supply.
     
  • Turn Ideas into Production-Ready Products:
    You not only focus on the technical solution but also on its manufacturability. Working closely with our in-house production team and purchasing department, you ensure that a good design becomes a reliable, high-quality production product. You consider manufacturing processes, component availability, and costs without ever losing sight of quality.
     
  • Bridge Electronics and Mechanics:
    You create 3D models of PCBs and collaborate with the team to develop suitable enclosure solutions. In doing so, you bring together technical requirements, customer needs, space constraints, design considerations, and ease of use to create well-rounded products.
  • Qualifications:
    You have successfully completed a degree in Electrical Engineering or hold a comparable qualification. Ideally, you already have practical experience in hardware development. Experience with Altium Designer and SolidWorks is highly desirable. Basic programming skills in at least one programming language complete your profile.
     
  • Languages:
    You communicate confidently in both German and English, whether collaborating within the team or participating in technical discussions.
     
  • Mindset:
    You enjoy working on challenging technical tasks and approach problems with an analytical and structured mindset. You are willing to look beyond your own area of expertise, embrace new topics, and contribute your own ideas. At the same time, you value teamwork and enjoy collaborating with others to achieve the best results.
