We are currently looking for you to join our production team at our Hattersheim am Main site as Electronics Production Operator (m/f/d)

Assembly, Visual Inspection, and Machine Operation:
Experience in manual and automated assembly of printed circuit boards (PCBs), performing visual inspections for quality assurance, and operating production equipment.

Handling of Electronic Components/Assemblies:
Proper handling during transport, storage, and order picking, in compliance with ESD (electrostatic discharge) requirements and quality standards.

Soldering and Assembly:
Professional soldering (THT and SMT) and assembly of electronic and electromechanical components and assemblies.

Testing and Inspection:
Performing electrical and visual tests to ensure the functionality and quality of electronic assemblies.

IT Skills:
Proficient in using MS Office and experienced in working with ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (MS D365 BC).

  • Independent and Structured Working Style:
    You demonstrate a high level of personal responsibility and work reliably, precisely, and efficiently – even when handling complex tasks or working under time pressure. You are capable of planning tasks in a goal-oriented manner and executing them independently, always maintaining a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
     
  • Technical Understanding of Electronics Manufacturing:
    You possess a solid understanding of processes in the production of electronic assemblies and devices. This includes knowledge of manufacturing processes such as assembly, soldering, installation, testing, and final inspection, as well as the proper handling of sensitive electronic components throughout the entire production cycle.
     
  • Teamwork and Strong Communication Skills:
    You enjoy working in a team and actively contribute to a positive and productive work environment. A respectful and professional approach toward colleagues and supervisors is a matter of course for you. You communicate clearly, solution-oriented, and with a focus on shared goals.
