Dissertations and Bachelor and Master theses

We offer students the opportunity to complete their thesis within a business setting. The support from experienced colleagues and an exciting practical environment are guaranteed.

The subjects we offer to students are from industrial communication technology. There are opportunities to add new features to extend an existing product, integration of a technology into our product range or to examine new technologies. Mentoring professors are happy to see the subjects – they are varied and innovative and offer the opportunity for new ideas.

We offer theses and dissertations in hardware design, embedded systems, OS/Drivers/Tools and web front- and backend. There is the opportunity to combine the compulsory job experience placement required by the teaching institute with the thesis.

Internship

We offer students in their second semester the opportunity to start their careers as an intern at Hilscher. Interns work a maximum of 20 hours alongside their studies during the semester. The limit is lifted during the lecture-free period. Up to 40 hours per week are possible.

Interns at our company get involved in exciting projects, appropriate to their skills and prior knowledge. We therefore offer the opportunity to gain initial professional experience.

Job experience

To get a first taste of professional life and get to know the company and gain initial experience, we offer students the opportunity to complete a period of job experience. There are the following opportunities within our company:

  • Pre-study job experience
  • Compulsory job experience
  • Voluntary job experience
  • Job experience semesters
