You’re a strategist

Your strategic tasks include finding, selecting, and qualifying external manufacturing service providers. You’re responsible for initiating and conducting contract negotiations and bringing them to a successful conclusion. You’ll be in charge of continuously improving existing partnerships to ensure the success of our production at all times.

You’re an analyst

You’re experienced in creating and evaluating cost/benefit analyses. You recognize risks and are able to implement and maintain appropriate risk management measures.

You’re a coordinator

You’ll be in charge of the monitoring of our quality standards and will ensure that deadlines are met and contingency plans are in place. You always have an eye on the available resources and budget. You’ll adjust plans and actions as necessary to complete the project within the specified scope. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that our goods and services are always delivered and performed on time and effectively.

You’re a communicator

In all your communications, whether with colleagues or external partners, you’re always able to get the right message across. You know how to communicate clearly and effectively with everyone. You’re also able to put your excellent communication skills to good use in leading the internal project team.

 

Formal qualifications

You have a degree in engineering, and ideally combined with training in business administration.
In addition, you have ample experience—ideally more than 10 years—in the manufacturing industry, preferably in the electronics sector.
Due to your years of experience, you’re familiar with manufacturing processes in the electronics industry. You’re well-versed in the methods and tools of project and risk management, and you’re adept at negotiating. A basic knowledge in electronics and contract law make your profile perfect.

Mindset

You are a team player with strong leadership and communication skills as well as excellent organizational abilities. You think and work independently, strategically, as well as process and solution-oriented. You’re able to quickly grasp complex issues, and are able to organize and prioritize them just as quickly.

Computer skills

You’re familiar with MS Office applications and already have experience working with an ERP system (ideally with MS D365 BC) and database systems.

Language skills

You have an excellent command of German and business English.
