  • Planning, controlling, and monitoring the production of electronic assemblies
  • Creation and maintenance of production plans based on customer orders and forecasts
  • Capacity planning and coordination of resources (materials, personnel, and machinery)
  • Identification of bottlenecks and initiation of appropriate countermeasures
  • Maintenance and optimization of production master data (bills of materials, routings)
  • Maintenance, structuring, and quality assurance of item master data and component-related information in tools such as SiliconExpert, ERP, PLM, quality databases, or BOM systems
  • Ensuring revision-safe and traceable documentation
  • Support in establishing standardized processes for component release, compliance evaluation, and obsolescence management
  • Classification of critical components based on risk
  • Preparation of risk analyses and decision-making documents for purchasing, hardware development, and management
  • Initiation and coordination of appropriate measures, e.g. via the engineering change process
  • Close collaboration with production, purchasing, sales, and quality assurance
  • Completed technical or commercial training, or a degree in production, logistics, or industrial engineering
  • Professional experience in production planning and control, ideally in electronics manufacturing
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, as well as PLM tools such as SiliconExpert
  • Interest in or initial experience with APS systems
  • Very good understanding of production processes, bills of materials, and routings
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Strong analytical skills and a structured, independent way of working
  • Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, and assertiveness
  • High level of resilience and flexibility
