We are currently looking for a Marketing Communication Manager (f/m/d) – Germany, Austria to join our Marketing team at our Hattersheim am Main location.

  • Local implementation of global strategies: Develop and execute regional marketing plans in line with the company’s global corporate, marketing, and sales strategy.
     
  • Localization of global content: Adapt and implement centrally provided content (e.g. copy, social media, print, etc.) to meet regional requirements – in close collaboration with local colleagues.
     
  • Event management: Plan, organize, and execute regional tabletop events, roadshows, trade fairs, workshops, and webinars.
     
  • Multi-channel communication: Plan and roll out regional activities across online, print, social media, and press channels.
     
  • Campaign management: Execute and track regional marketing campaigns to generate leads and strengthen brand awareness.
     
  • Budget responsibility: Contribute to budget planning and manage the operational control of the regional marketing budget.
     
  • Market and competitor analysis: Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitors to continuously optimize marketing activities.
     
  • Interface management: Collaborate closely with Sales Germany & Austria, the Global Marketing Team, and Marketing Communication Managers in other regions to develop and implement a consistent yet locally adapted brand presence that resonates with our customers’ language and culture.

  • Online marketing, events, print, and public relations are more than just buzzwords to you?
     
  • You bring creativity, strong organizational skills, experience with relevant marketing tools and methods – along with a true hands-on mentality?

  • Several years of experience in marketing, ideally in a B2B environment – knowledge of industrial automation is a plus.
     
  • Solid experience in implementing marketing campaigns, organizing events, and managing cross-channel communication.
     
  • Confident working within global structures and experienced in localizing international marketing content.
     
  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
     
  • A structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style.
     
  • Strong team spirit, organizational talent, and a high level of personal responsibility.
     
  • Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite and common marketing tools and media.
     
  • Willingness to travel (approx. 20%).
