Logistics Specialist (m/f/d)

Logistics & Assembly Operations

  • Picking and packing of customer and shipping orders
  • Picking and relocation of production orders
  • Setup, preparation, and operation of assembly and test workstations according to specifications and work instructions
  • Programming and testing of electronic assemblies
  • Coordination with relevant departments in case of changes, deviations, or shortages
  • Processing products for shipment orders, e.g., configuration, firmware loading/configuration, printing/attaching labels, capturing and verifying serial numbers
  • Proper packaging of shipping items in accordance with packaging guidelines and instructions
  • Support in implementing occupational health, safety, and environmental protection measures

Troubleshooting & Technical Support

  • Fast and efficient resolution of technical issues occurring during the design-in process
  • Ongoing technical support and consulting throughout the product lifecycle

Feedback & Continuous Improvement

  • Collecting and analyzing customer feedback on products
  • Forwarding relevant insights to product management and development teams for continuous product improvement

Market Monitoring & Technology Trends

  • Observing current market and technology trends to ensure competitiveness and relevance of offered solutions
  • Providing recommendations for product development based on market analysis and customer feedback
  • Contributing to strategic decision-making processes

Product Management & Coordination

  • Close collaboration with product management and local teams to ensure product offerings meet the needs of the European market

Reporting

  • Consolidation and preparation of sales figures, market analyses, and strategic initiatives from various sales subsidiaries
  • Regular reporting to the Head of RMM EMEA

Brand Representation

  • Representing the company at regional and international trade fairs, conferences, and events

Sales Support

  • Initiating, leading, and concluding sales negotiations
  • Organizing, managing, and monitoring tasks and schedules in coordination with other departments
Formal qualifications
  • Completed vocational training as a Warehouse Logistics Specialist
  • Experience in handling goods issue processes and booking transactions in an ERP system
  • Execution of warehouse operations such as inbound and outbound logistics
  • Order picking for shipping orders
  • Preparation of MRN documents (customs declarations)
  • Organization and coordination of logistics processes
  • Safe handling of electronic components and assemblies during transport, storage, and order picking
  • Testing and inspection of electronic components and assemblies
  • Solid understanding of logistics processes (goods receipt, goods issue)
  • Ability to identify and implement improvements as part of continuous improvement processes (CIP)
  • Skills in negotiation and stakeholder management

  • Strong ability to organize and structure work tasks; independent and reliable working style
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
  • High degree of independence combined with strong team spirit
  • Customer-oriented mindset and a strong service attitude

Computer skills
  • Confident use of MS Office and ERP systems (ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central)
