    You know your stuff

    You already know what challenges await you in logistics and how to tackle them. You’re familiar with picking customer and shipping orders, packing them correctly, preparing shipping documents, inspecting incoming goods, and checking inventory.

    You pay attention to detail

    To ensure nothing gets lost and that all customers get what they ordered, being exact is necessary, even when things get hectic. You know that even one incorrect or missing label, any incorrectly recorded serial number, or inaccurate entry into the system can disrupt the entire workflow. Because of that, you work meticulously without leaving out a single work step.

    You’re quick to adapt to new things

    The logistical challenges are always the same. The methods and systems for tackling them are quite varied. Whether a new firmware or ERP system, you’re up to the challenge.

    You organize and coordinate

    You ensure smooth communication with shipping service providers. As part of the logistics team, you’ll assist management in organizing job distribution and training new employees.

    Formal qualifications

    You have completed technical training in the field of logistics/warehousing. In addition, you have at least 5 years of professional experience in one of the following areas: Incoming goods, outgoing goods, warehousing or production.
    You are familiar with booking processes in an ERP system and with logistics workflows. Knowledge of how to create MRN documents (customs declaration) is a plus but not mandatory.

    Mindset

    You structure and organize your work orders independently. You recognize areas of improvement and implement those optimizations. You are a team player with strong organizational and communication skills.

    Computer skills

    You’re familiar with MS Office applications and already have experience working with an ERP system (ideally with MS D365 BC).

    Language skills

    You’re proficient in German and English – then your profile fits the job description!
