We’re currently looking for a Human Resources Generalist (m/f/d) to reinforce our HR team in the implementation of all operational business activities.

  • You support our employees and managers throughout the entire employee lifecycle – from onboarding to offboarding.
  • As a trusted HR partner, you advise employees and managers on HR-related matters as well as employment law topics.
  • In close collaboration with our external payroll provider, you are responsible for preparing, reviewing, and approving the monthly payroll.
  • You create, analyze, and interpret HR metrics and workforce reports while ensuring a high level of data quality across our HR systems.
  • You coordinate and manage employee lifecycle events, such as hires, transfers, and departures, in a professional and service-oriented manner.
  • Together with the HR team, you continuously improve existing HR processes and contribute your own ideas and optimization initiatives.
  • You ensure that our HR documentation, policies, employment contracts, and templates remain up to date and compliant with legal requirements.
  • You support cross-functional HR projects and actively contribute to change management and transformation initiatives.
  • You play a key role in the ongoing development and optimization of our HR system, Personio, and actively drive the digitalization of our HR processes.

  • A degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Business Law, or a comparable commercial qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in operational Human Resources
  • Sound knowledge of German employment, social security, and payroll tax law, as well as experience in payroll preparation
  • Experience in creating, preparing, and analyzing HR metrics and reports
  • Proficiency in HR systems, preferably Personio, as well as Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • A structured, detail-oriented, and self-reliant way of working
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and advisory skills
  • A high level of responsibility and accountability
  • A strong interest in digital HR processes and enthusiasm for actively driving change and continuous improvement
  • Fluent German and good English language skills
  • A varied role with plenty of scope for creativity, initiative, and ownership
