We’re currently looking for a Human Resources Administrator to reinforce our HR team in the implementation of all operational business activities.

You’re a people person

Your job as part of the HR team will be to communicate with everyone across all departments and hierarchies in order to successfully implement planned measures.

You have an open ear

You’ll be the first point of contact for all HR-related issues, both internally and for external service providers.

Working alone in a quiet corner somewhere is not your thing. You see yourself as part of a team that is there for the entire company. That’s how you like to work!

Organization is your middle name

Whether managing submitted applications, organizing job interviews and training courses, or implementing individual personnel initiatives... in short, it’s your responsibility to pro-actively assist your colleagues from the time they enter the company until they depart.

You know all the ins and outs

Your responsibilities also include drawing up employment contracts, references and certificates, as well as assisting in the preparation of the payroll and maintaining a personnel database.

We’re HR specialists, through and through! Currently, we are a team of 4 colleagues and one intern. We always work together as a team. We’re looking forward to working with you together to strengthen the team.

With the same commitment shown by other teams in the company to develop our products, as part of the HR team we’re just as committed to improving our HR processes to meet current requirements and take advantage of new opportunities. In recent months, we’ve already made a lot of progress. Some jobs such as digitizing important processes and launching the HR software Personio have been completed, but we still have many exciting projects ahead of us. Do you want to tackle them together with us? We’re counting on your dedication and creative input!

Formal qualifications

You have completed formal training in personnel management, an apprenticeship in business administration with further training in human resources or a comparable qualification. 2–5 years of professional experience in personnel management and operative human resources would be perfect!

Attitude and work ethic

Being service-oriented and taking personal responsibility do not represent contradicting traits—both describe your work ethic. You have friendly, open and trusting way of dealing with others.

Soft skills

You approach your work analytically and in a structured manner, and you organize your work area precisely and efficiently. You always have an eye on your priority list and can keep calm even in stressful situations. Your commitment and ability to work well under pressure stand out.

Computer skills

You’re skilled in MS Office programs. Learning new software programs comes easy to you.
