Using the Platform for the First Time?
Would you like to use our support platform for the first time and do not yet have a user account? The following instructions will guide you through the one-time registration process.
If you are already registered, you can sign in directly using your email address.
Register in Five Simple Steps
- Open the HSC support website by going to support.hilscher.com.
- Provide your email address and click Next
- You will then be asked to confirm that you wish to register, please click Register.
- Check your Email! Find an email from Atlassian to confirm your registration.
- Open the invitation link and provide your Full Name and your Password.
That’s it—welcome to the Hilscher Solution Center! You can now sign in and start using our support services.
